Refund policy

At Baneraa, we want you to love everything you receive. If something is not right, we are here to make it better. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

       The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

       All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

       The item must not be from our non-returnable categories (see Section 5 below)

       A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

       Email us at care@baneraa.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return

       Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and share a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) if approved

       Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please write your RAN on the outside of the package

       Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

3. Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for orders paid online (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallets) will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after the return is approved. Bank processing times may vary.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Baneraa Store Credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or colour variants, subject to availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead. Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery by contacting care@baneraa.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

       Items purchased during clearance sales, final sale events, or with a 'non-returnable' tag

       Customised or made-to-order garments

       Innerwear, lingerie, or items for hygiene reasons

       Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

       Gift cards

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. In such cases, we will:

       Arrange a free return pickup

       Offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for dispatch. To cancel, please email care@baneraa.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and you will need to follow the standard return process.

8. Fraudulent Claims

Baneraa reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or in bad faith. Repeated misuse of our return policy may result in account suspension.
