Shipping policy
We know the excitement of waiting for a new outfit — and we work hard to get your Baneraa order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery
5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Applicable to most pin codes across India.
Express Delivery
2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Available for select pin codes. Express shipping charges apply.
Metro Cities
Deliveries to major metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹999
• Express delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order weight
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible pin codes across India for orders up to ₹10,000. An additional COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your Baneraa account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to additional shipping charges.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Baneraa is not liable for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after dispatch may not always be possible.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Baneraa ships exclusively within India. We hope to expand to international destinations soon. Follow us on social media to stay updated.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and immediately notify us at care@baneraa.com with photographs. Do not accept tampered packages, as this may affect your ability to raise a claim.
